We improved Security Extension in version 1.6 Beta 1. Now it's based on our free service Online Scanner.
System Explorer collects informations about running processes/modules and send it to OnlineScanner Server. OnlineScanner Server check received data against our database (>264,000 items) and send results back to client. Results are displayed in System Explorer as Green (Safe) / Red (Threat) / Blue (Unknown) icon.
If this services mark the file as suspicious, you should scan your computer with any good antivirus. You can try free version of AVG.
If this services mark the file as safe, then it's false positive in our database.
